Je souhaite apporter quelques précisions suite à votre réponse qui ne reflète pas fidèlement la réalité de ce qui s’est passé lors de mon passage dans votre clinique.

Tout d’abord, je suis effectivement arrivée à 11h09 pour un rendez-vous prévu à 11h, en m’étant excusée pour ce léger retard dû à la distance parcourue pour venir jusqu’à vous. Cependant, vous étiez vous-même encore occupée avec un autre patient jusqu’à 11h06, ce qui prouve que mon arrivée n’a en rien perturbé l’organisation de votre planning.

Ensuite, ma sœur, arrivée en avance, n’a jamais regardé de vidéo sans écouteurs dans la salle d’attente, comme vous le prétendez. Ce commentaire est donc inexact.

Enfin, lorsque je suis entrée et vous ai saluée en m’excusant pour mon léger retard, vous ne m’avez même pas répondu ni adressé un simple “bonjour”, ce qui a donné une impression d’accueil froid et désagréable. Toon minder »

Dr. Dony is absolutely stellar at what she does - I’ve come back several times for a frown/forehead botox and the results look great and natural. She truly listens and adjusts the approach based on how the previous application went - and was able to hack the application over hooded eyes (these sometimes get ‘heavy’ after the treatment). Dr. Dony is absolutely stellar at what she does - I’ve come back several times for a frown/forehead botox and the results look great and natural. She truly listens and adjusts the approach based on how the previous application went - and was able to hack the application over hooded eyes (these sometimes get ‘heavy’ after the treatment).

You never feel rushed (I almost feel guilty due to how long the appointments take) and she’ll also provide advice on treatments that she’s not offering, which is a green flag.

The Doctor is absolutely amazing. I live in Spain and I fly in every 4-6 months to visit her and do treatments. I wouldn’t trust anyone else and I am so happy I found her. The Doctor is very friendly and takes the time to talk to each patient and explain the aging process. She suggests what you would need without being pushy or aggressive about it. She completely understands that everyone is different and at given moments your skin may need different things. She has also tried it all herself so I find her very relatable and I feel comfortable in her hands. Honestly I couldn’t recommend more. Toon minder »
