The standout was the lovely Marta, she immediately put me at ease and answered all my questions and concerns. She took the time to explain the process and set realistic expectations, after completing all sessions she updated me with my progress pictures which really highlighted how much my skin had improved, highly recommend her! Ellie was brilliant, super professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She explained everything really well, which made me feel completely at ease.

The session was thorough and carried out with real care. I felt like I was in very safe hands.
